I’ve been reading chapters of this book every so often for at least two years now, but only recently sat down and did a more complete read through. It’s one of my favorite pieces (or collections, rather) of railroading theory. A lot (read: most) of the math goes over my head, but it’s interesting nonetheless. Both my manager and I keep copies of this on our desks at work.
